Hi All!
I have another pattern hack for you today. This one is similar to my Two Ways to Make an All Lace Edge Black Beauty Bra but this time it’s with a stretch lace, and it removes the side seam so you have continuous lace from bridge to hook and eye- perfect to make the most of a stunning lace! The nice thing about stretch lace is that you can use it overtop of your powernet on your back band and still allow for the movement. And the nice thing about this tutorial is that it can be used for any underwire bra pattern with a full band, not just my Black Beauty Bra. For this tutorial I made a foam lined Black Beauty with a gorgeous Burgundy stretch lace- one of my favourite lace releases for our Black Friday 2025 sale!

I’d love to know if you found this tutorial helpful or if you have any more questions or tutorial requests!
Do you usually use stretch lace, or non-stretch lace / embroidered tulle laces for your bras?

I would love to make a bra to fit me. I’m a 48G and would like to make the Black Beauty in my size.
Do you have any courses available for BRAMAKING??
Hi Corina! I don’t currently have any bra making courses.
Very interesting. I will try this hack because I use stretch lace.
Thank you, I’m going to try this with some beautiful stretch lace I’ve been saving, luckily I found this post before I cut anything!
